PROMOTER

The Promoter is BDD Australia Pty Ltd ABN: 68 083 019 390 or 737 Bourke Street, Docklands, VIC 3008 (Bega, we, our, us, Promoter). 

PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion starts on 29/09/2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 09/11/2025 (Promotion Period).  No entries will be accepted after this time.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open to Australian residents who make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) during the Promotion Period.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to enter. Your parent or guardian must also read and consent to these Terms and Conditions, and if you win, the prize may be awarded to your parent/guardian. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

Employees of our company and its subsidiaries (and their immediate families) and the employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.  When we say ‘immediate families’ we mean spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1^st cousin.

HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any Eligible Product listed below from a Participating Store (defined below) (“Qualifying Transaction”). If an individual is not automatically provided a purchase receipt, it is their responsibility to request one from a staff member.

Individuals must then visit www.begawintrips.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested personal details, upload a copy of the purchase receipt and submit the fully completed online entry form. Individuals will then be notified immediately if they are a provisional winner of an instant prize (see below). If an instant prize is awarded, details on how to verify their entry and claim their instant prize will be provided. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before receiving their prize. For clarity, entrants who have not won an instant prize will be notified instantly on screen.  

A “Participating Store” is any retailer in Australia that advertises this Promotion and stocks the Eligible Products during the Promotion Period.

Entrants can only enter in their own individual capacity. Entering under a false name/s may invalidate all entries. Multiple entries under different names may also invalidate all entries at the Promoter’s discretion. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the Promotion is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. 

You can enter as many times as you like provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, subject to the following:

1. Only one (1) entry is permitted per transaction (regardless of the number of Promotional Products are purchased in that Qualifying Transaction). For example three (3) Promotional Products purchased in one (1) Qualifying Transaction will be eligible to receive one (1) entry;
2. Maximum of one (1) entry permitted per person, per day;
3. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
4. Maximum of three (3) prizes permitted per person (excluding SA residents).

Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries will not be accepted in any other way or form or at any other time.  Your entry is deemed to have been received when we actually receive it (not when you send it). Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.  We’ll also invalidate any entry which (in our opinion) breaches these Terms & Conditions of Entry or any other content guidelines published by us as part of the entry process for the Promotion. Once submitted, you cannot alter or delete your entry. 

Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all Qualifying Transactions  as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of  an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.

PRIZE(S)

There are 242 instant win prizes available consisting of:

• 10 x $1,000 Airbnb digital vouchers
• 32 x $250 Airbnb digital vouchers
• 200 x $100 Airbnb digital vouchers

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration.  The value of each prize is accurate as at the time of preparation of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.  We accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, we may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by us, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise specified. We accept no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason. 

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher. 

PRIZE POOL

The total prize pool is valued at up to $38,000. Any costs not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

1. All instant win prize winners will be determined based on the time their entry is submitted. There will be 242 individual predetermined “timestamps” during the Promotion Period. The first valid entry received after a winning timestamp has been activated, will be instantly awarded a prize. A winning timestamp will stay open until a valid entry is received and that prize is instantly awarded. All prizes will be instantly awarded during the Promotion Period.  

Provisional winners will be notified immediately online, and will be provided with instructions which they must follow in order to verify their entry and if verified then how to claim their prize. 

Winners names (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published at www.begawintrips.com.au on 12/11/2025.

The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEDT on 09/12/2025.

If you are a prize winner and don’t accept or claim your prize by this date, then your entry will be forfeited.  An unclaimed prize draw (if required) for any prize that is won but unclaimed will be held at the 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212 at 1:00pm AEDT on 10/12/2025. Winners of any unclaimed prizes will be notified in writing within 2 business days of determination and will be subject to verification prior to being able to claim their prize. Winners must claim their prize by 10/01/2026. Winners’ names (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published at www.begawintrips.com.au on 12/12/2025.

To claim your prize, you must follow the instructions set out in the notification message we send to you telling you that you’re a winner. This includes providing verification information regarding your entry, if requested by us. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you, but if you’ve not claimed your prize by the prize claim date specified below, or we determine that your entry is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, then your entry will be declared invalid, and we may award the prize to the next complete and eligible entry drawn.

PRIZE DELIVERY

Once an instant winner has verified their entry and is deemed  to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will declare them a winner and will deliver the relevant prize no later than 28 days of the winner’s entry being verified and accepted.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect email, mobile number or physical address being provided when entering the promotion or during the verification process, and once dispatched the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on our website www.begawintrips.com.au by 12/01/2026.

GENERAL

1. We accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.  We have no control over telephone communications, social media functionality, social media owners, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.  We are not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.
2. We may declare any or all of your entries invalid, and prohibit your further participation in this Promotion, if you:
   1. fail to verify your personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to our satisfaction;
   2. tamper with or benefit from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
   3. submit an entry which in our opinion is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry;
   4. act in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or
   5. engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which in our opinion is unfair or in bad faith, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, wrongful, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or us or any prize provider. This includes where you share receipts or product labels to enter the Promotion or where you use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries.
3. If requested by us, winners (and their companion(s), if applicable) must sign (or, if they are less than 18 years of age, arrange for their parent/guardian to sign) a release, waiver, and/or indemnity in favour of us and all parties involved in this Promotion and/or providing the prize, in a form provided by us, before they participate in the Promotion and/or the prize.  If they (or their parent/guardian) do not sign that form within the time specified by us, they will not be able to participate and their entry or prize claim will be deemed invalid.
4. If requested by us, entrants and winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this Promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge and for an unlimited period, and they consent to us and our associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material.
5. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then we may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).  
6. Our decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
8. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool that is won but unclaimed will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. We and our associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
11. We may, in our absolute discretion, prohibit an entrant’s participation in this Promotion, cancel or suspend a prize, or otherwise cease to provide any prize to a winner, if the entrant or winner (or any companion) is (in our opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish our good name and reputation or our products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
12. We accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought.  Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, you agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
13. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://begagroup.com.au/privacy-policy.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles.  By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
14. Any part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry which are void or not enforceable by law will be automatically severed from these Terms & Conditions of Entry, where possible, to ensure that the remaining provisions of the Terms & Conditions of Entry remain in effect. We may vary these Terms & Conditions of Entry from time to time as required for compliance with law or for the purposes of correcting any error or omission. As such, it is the responsibility of every entrant to ensure that they review these Terms & Conditions of Entry at the time of entry and all other material times.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
16. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of a prize.
17. These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and their courts of appeal.
